In this lecture, I explore the myths surrounding our food supply with discussion about alternative choices and discovering what it means to eat local, organic and seasonal and why these are important to our health and well-being.

Cooking Classes

As a trained chef, I love cooking nutritious meals and teaching these skills and techniques to others. You’ll be amazed at how easy and satisfying it is to prepare foods that not only taste good, but are also good for you. Here’s a selection of some of my cooking classes:
