Many things around us influence our health and well being: the food we eat, the environment we live in, the emotions we feel. As such, we need to look at how all these things affect us. Do the foods you eat nourish you physically and emotionally? Does stress at your job cause you to indulge in sweets? Do some of the foods you eat prevent you from sleeping well? Are you tired all the time?
I’ve studied many different dietary theories and have learned that no one way of eating works for everyone. Everyone has unique nutritional needs – there’s no one-size fit all when it comes to health. In addition, everyone’s lifestyle is different and needs to be taken into account when recommending a healthful diet.
